DAMAGED GOODS
1. Any damaged goods must be notified to me at your earliest convenience and within 7 days of receipt, this must be done via email: merqrious {at} outlook. com with proof of damage (take photos of damaged items and send me over).
These will be replaced at my expense with a replacement product or alternatively a full refund will be offered if the customer prefers.
FAULTY GOODS
1. Faulty goods must be notified to me at your earliest opportunity after the fault becomes apparent.
This must be done via email: merqrious {at} outlook. com
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS
1. No claims for consequential loss will be entered in to.
RETURNED GOODS
1. Goods can be returned for me for reasons stated above within 7 days after receiving.
